But what if...

Do I need to be set up with accounting software already? Right now, I’m using spreadsheets to track my business transactions.
No, you don’t have to be currently using an accounting program or cloud-based accounting software like QuickBooks Online. We’ll help you transition from spreadsheets to software. We’ll set up the account for you, explain how it works, and show you where to find the key information you’ll need for running your business.

But I have so much paper… I have folders of documents and boxes of receipts. Will that be a problem?
For paper statements and receipts, you’ll be able to take photos of them and upload them to a shared folder or directly to your QBO account. We’ll take it from there and will put documents and receipts where they need to go. If you do this step yourself, our organizing and posting of these items is included in your monthly rate.

If you have a large amount of paper items and don’t want to scan or take photos yourself, you can send everything to us, and we’ll scan and upload it for an hourly rate that we’ll add to your monthly fee as needed.
